Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products we sell they are non-refundable.  It can be virtually impossible to tell if a product have been opened, used, or tampered with. Due to health concerns we cannot restock our shelves with returned products

However, we do make the exception for products that are damaged during shipping or the incorrect product was sent to you. We ask if you could please notify us within 2 days of delivery if this is the case. If so we will either send you a replacement or refund you in full.

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please note a 15% handling and admin fee may be charged.


Faulty Product

If you purchase becomes faulty within a year, from date of purchase, please contact us to see if you qualify for a return or refund. Some of our products come with a 1 – 3 year warranty, which we will gladly replace if found to be defective.
